How It Works – 3 Simple Steps

Getting started with Holdify is quick and straightforward.

Step 1: Complete Your Onboarding Form
Complete our online onboarding form with your company, contact and fulfilment details.
 
As an HMRC-approved Fulfilment House, Holdify is required under the Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS) to carry out due diligence and maintain certain information about customers and the goods we store and fulfil on their behalf.
 
The form will therefore ask for information including your business details, VAT registration (where applicable), country of residence and the types of goods you expect Holdify to handle.

You can also nominate any team members who require access to our Warehouse Management System.


Step 2: Review & Sign Your Terms
Review and accept the Holdify Terms of Service and complete the electronic signature as part of the onboarding process.
Once signed, you'll automatically receive a copy of your completed Terms of Service for your records.

Step 3: We Set Up Your Account
Once submitted, our support team will prepare your Holdify account and WMS access.
Your nominated users will receive their login details, and we'll help you arrange your first inbound stock delivery.
