Over the last few years, we helped build Kings Park Fulfilment Ltd — a fast-growing fulfilment business operating across four sites in Essex. As growth accelerated, so did complexity, and it became clear that scale alone wasn’t the answer.
The real question was simple: what’s actually best for the customer?
The answer wasn’t more warehouses. It was better systems, tighter operations, and a simpler, smarter setup.
