Over the last few years, we helped build Kings Park Fulfilment Ltd — a fast-growing fulfilment business operating across four sites in Essex.
But as growth accelerated, so did complexity.




Eventually, the question became clear: What’s actually best for the customer?

The answer wasn’t more warehouses.
It was better systems, tighter operations, and a simpler, smarter setup. So, we made a choice — a positive, strategic one.

We’ve kept the same team, the same warehouse at Broomhills, the same high standards, and the same clients.
We’ve just stripped away the unnecessary layers — and doubled down on what matters.
