2. Get a clearance quote
We'll review the inventory and confirm whether we can accept it, along with your agreed clearance cost.
3. Send your Amazon removal order to Holdify
Once approved, we'll provide our warehouse delivery details so you can arrange the FBA removal directly from Amazon.
4. We receive and clear the stock
Amazon may deliver your removal across multiple consignments. We receive the agreed inventory and handle its onward clearance.
5. You're finished
No need to arrange another warehouse, collect the goods yourself or pay ongoing Holdify storage fees for accepted clearance inventory.
Can I send an Amazon FBA removal order directly to Holdify?
Yes. Once we've reviewed and approved your stock, we'll provide the delivery information needed for your Amazon removal order. You don't need to have the inventory returned to your home first.
What happens to my stock after it arrives?
Depending on the agreement and type of inventory, accepted stock may be sold through clearance channels, liquidated, recycled, donated or otherwise lawfully disposed of.
Do I have to pay monthly storage charges?
For inventory accepted under our clearance service, you pay the agreed clearance charge rather than placing the goods into ongoing storage with Holdify.
Can you dispose of unsold Amazon inventory?
Yes, subject to the type of product and our acceptance criteria. “Disposal” does not necessarily mean physical destruction; stock may be resold, liquidated, recycled, donated or cleared through another appropriate channel.
