How Our Inventory Management Process Works

1. Inventory Receipt & Logging

  • When your stock arrives at our UK warehouse, it is checked, logged, and entered into our system. Quantities are verified to ensure inventory accuracy from day one.

2. Secure Storage & Stock Control

  • Inventory is stored securely and organised for efficient access. Stock levels are updated in real time as goods are received, moved, picked, or dispatched ensuring the daily storage charge is calculated to exactly the volume you are using.

3. Order Allocation & Replenishment

  • Inventory is allocated by the user to Amazon FBA transfers, FBM orders, FBA Prep or ecommerce fulfilment.
This ensures the right stock is used for the right channel at the right time.
Stock can be selected by oldest to newest - expiry date or batch code.

4. Ongoing Monitoring & Reporting

  • You can monitor stock levels, order flow, and inventory history through our system, enabling proactive replenishment and informed forecasting.
The system can be sent to notify you of incoming orders, outgoing orders and also send you a weekly inventory report.
